Our wedding at the Langham Clarendon Ballroom was exceptional from start to finish. From our first walk through, our experience felt so personable and high quality. The Langham is classically elegant and has an old school charm mixed with personal touch that creates a tailored guest experience. The cascading staircase meeting guests on arrival and marbled hallways sets the tone for a special occasion ahead. The ballroom and pre-function area facilitated our wide range of family and friends to connect, with the option of long tables and excellent table decor from Function Accessories creating a beautiful aesthetic. The Langham team spent time to understand our vision for the wedding and the elements that were important to us. Planning a high quality buffet style meal with some of our favourite dishes was one focus area for us. At our menu tasting, the chefs and one of the lead waiters met us to discuss the menu and hear our feedback on the food, which gave us tremendous comfort on the day itself knowing there were people we’d made a personal connection with cooking for our family and friends. The Langham’s buffet style menu enabled a variety of high quality options to be on offer, with each of our guests walking away with a special culinary experience. We can’t speak more highly of our coordinator Kim who exuded enthusiasm and professionalism in delivering our special day. Kim brought the best of The Langham to our wedding, co-ordinating across the multiple hotel teams, bringing her knowledge of the hotel’s strengths and a positive mindset to deliver what we saw as a cohesive, seamless client experience exceeding our expectations. Kim’s communication, attention to detail, guidance and handling of logistics made our reception what it was. It was clear that co-ordinating weddings isn’t just a job to Kim, but rather a passion to create truly special days for her clients. Kim was a joy to work with. Our guests walked away remarking about the wedding’s beautiful presentation, incredible food and professional yet personal service.

Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the day we met her, she made us feel comfortable, listened carefully to what we wanted, and supported us throughout the entire planning process. Her communication was outstanding, and she was always approachable, responsive, and organised. On our wedding day, the staff were incredible. They were accommodating, attentive, and truly made our day feel seamless and special. Every detail was handled with care, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the moment. A huge thank you to Kim and the entire Langham team for going above and beyond. Their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional service exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding.

They made the entire process from the beginning, to the day, so easy and seamless. They are so experienced that I found I didn’t need to ask questions, they already knew what would come up and had addressed it all with me. On the day, the wait staff looked after myself and our guests exceptionally. I had asked for a sparkling water one time, and from then on, when ever I ran out they swooped in and replaced it with a fresh glass. The Langham is also really great value for money while getting impeccable quality.
