We cater for up to 120 guests but here at Avalon Castle, we have recognized the demand for smaller, intimate weddings. Contact our Wedding Co-Ordinators and ask about our all-inclusive "Mini Wedding" Packages that can cater for up to 30 guests or our new "Micro Wedding" Package that can cater for up to 50 guests.

We can accommodate up to 120 guests for a Formal sit down reception and 130 for Cocktail style reception
We sure do, as long as they are supervised at all times and stay outdoors you are more than welcome to bring your furry family members with you for your ceremony and photos
Yes, if on the day the weather isn't ideal for an outdoor ceremony we always have our Charming Chapel set up ready to go for any last minute ceremony changes!
As a part of our per head price all Beer, Wine and Soft drinks are included. We do however offer batch cocktail upgrades and bar tab for spirits, just ask us!

Any suggestions? Wanting at least 2 night minimum for accomdation that will cater for minimum of 10-20 guests. As most family will be from interstate.

Do I have to stay back and clean my reception venue?

Absolutely not. We take care of the set up and the clean up of your event. I can't imagine anything worse than asking a couple to assist with the clean up!
We even gather your goods up for collection the next morning.

Hi Stacey,
Aside from the Honeymooon Cottage, we have onsite accommodation and can cater for an additional 18 guests. The rooms include a continental breakfast and guests may upgrade to a hot breakfast if they wish to.
We serve breakfast in the reception hall at a designated time and check out is at 10.30am the next day.
