Meelup Farmhouse offers a fresh take on traditional weddings, with it's rustic aesthetic and charming farm settings.
Our aim is to encapsulate the beauty of the relaxed but elegant South West lifestyle by providing an all inclusive venue while also incorporating a tailored approach and providing our couple's the room to be creative with their special day.
We offer a gorgeous grassed ceremony location onsite as well as the use of our famed veranda and lawns for cocktail hour and reception. Through our in house event team we work hard to create a seamless experience with delicious food, flowing drinks and a joyful atmosphere.
We are honoured to welcome all couples to one of Western Australia's most breathtaking locations, combining our passion for people, creativity and love to create a truly beautiful start to a new beginning in their lives. One we hope will be treasured and remembered forever.

About
Having recently joined the Meelup Farmhouse Team, I'm excited to bring a fresh perspective to a venue already renowned for its exceptional weddings and experienced team. I feel incredibly lucky to be such an important part of helping couples create their dream day. I love building new relationships and aim to do that with my clients by being a strong support and making the planning process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I want to create meaningful experiences that reflect each couple.

At Meelup Farmhouse, you receive exclusive hire of our entire premises – no one else is at the property besides you and your special guests! We can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 200 for a seated dinner, cocktails and/or canapes and an evening dancing under the stars to your favourite tunes.
We offer a fully staffed wedding with everything from your very own experienced local chefs who specialize in creating beautiful, seasonal menus, through to wait staff, bar and cocktail staff and your very own on-site Wedding Coordinator to assist with venue planning, timings and some styling on your special day!
We also offer live oyster shucking and a Cocktail Hour if that’s your vision.
When you choose Meelup Farmhouse, you receive all your glasswear, table wear, cutlery, crockery and white napkins placed and ready to go, under our gorgeous feature pendants and festoon lighting on the vast veranda.
The natural yet elegant farmhouse style aesthetics and sensational greenery surrounding our lawn and deck means very little few additions may be required beyond your florist’s arrangements and your personalised stationary.

We offer an exclusive-use venue, ensuring that your special day is all about you and your love – without interruption. With our elegant farmhouse and lush outdoor spaces, you have the flexibility to design the wedding of your dreams in a secluded, serene and private location. We are flexible with which spaces you choose to utilise and are open to discussing modifications to the packages on offer.
