Set in the Byron hinterland, Tides Byron Estate brings together 22 hectares of orchards, gardens and valley views in a setting reserved for you and your guests. Exclusive estate use gives your celebration the privacy and freedom to unfold at your own pace.
From vows beneath the Fig Tree to drinks in the gardens, followed by dinner and dancing in the Grand Hall, your ceremony, photographs and celebrations flow naturally in one location. With capacity for up to 160 wedding guests and celebrations until 11:30 pm, there is time to enjoy being together.
Make your wedding more than a single day. Our package includes two nights in the private Villa, accommodating up to 23 guests including extra beds. Keep your closest family and friends nearby to share the anticipation before the wedding and the relaxed moments afterwards.
Enjoy natural outdoor beauty alongside the comfort of an indoor alternative. The Fig Tree and estate grounds provide beautiful ceremony and photography settings, while the Grand Hall offers a dedicated indoor reception space and a wet-weather option, so there is a practical plan if the weather changes.
Behind the setting is a well-equipped venue. Wedding tables, chairs, tableware, lighting and sound, plus a commercial kitchen and cool room for your chosen caterer, reduce the need for additional hire and temporary infrastructure. We also provide up to 10 hours of pre-wedding venue planning and logistics support, alongside venue-side operational support, to assist with layouts, supplier access and wet-weather arrangements.

Teven Valley Estate is the owner and operator of Tides Byron Estate, a private 22-hectare estate in the Byron Bay hinterland. Bringing together the Fig Tree ceremony setting, Grand Hall, private Villa and extensive landscaped grounds, Tides offers couples exclusive use of one complete destination for their wedding celebration. Our team works closely with each couple and their chosen suppliers to provide a private, flexible and beautifully coordinated estate experience.

Yes. You are welcome to choose your own wedding caterer. We can also suggest caterers who regularly work at Tides. Your caterer has access to our commercial kitchen and cool room. Catering is arranged and priced separately from the estate package.
Yes. Tides is pet-friendly, and pets are welcome in the Grand Hall and Villa.
Beverage packages are selected separately from the estate package and priced per person. Our current options are Classic ($119), Celebration ($129), Signature ($139) and Fig Tree ($149) per person. Packages cover seven hours, from 4 pm to 11 pm, and include bar staff, bar equipment and the outdoor bar. Please refer to our current V4 wedding brochure for the drinks included in each option.
Our wedding beverage service is provided through separately priced beverage packages. BYO and bar tabs are not available for the wedding. Please discuss your preferred drinks with us when selecting your package.
Our Exclusive Estate Wedding includes up to 10 hours of pre-wedding venue planning and logistics support, including venue walkthroughs, supplier access coordination and wet-weather planning. Tides provides venue-side support; on-the-day wedding coordination is not included and can be arranged separately.
Wedding celebrations can continue until 11:30 pm. Beverage packages cover service from 4 pm to 11 pm. Bands and DJs are welcome in the Grand Hall.
Yes. Smaller weddings are welcome as part of our Exclusive Estate Wedding. The estate package price is fixed and does not vary with guest numbers. Weekday and selected off-peak dates are worth exploring if your dates are flexible. The package includes exclusive estate use and two nights in the Villa.
Our Exclusive Estate Wedding includes ceremony benches and a signing table, reception tables and chairs, cocktail furniture, crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins and table linen, plus venue lighting and sound. Your caterer has access to the commercial kitchen and cool room. Setup and pack-down of Tides-owned furniture are included. Catering, styling and other external supplier services are arranged separately.
Our estate package includes two nights in the Villa and no Recovery Fee. Please discuss your plans for a next-day gathering with us so we can confirm guest numbers, access and arrangements. Overnight accommodation is for up to 23 guests including extra beds.
Yes. Parking is available for guests who need to drive to the venue rather than use group transport. Please discuss any mobility or access requirements with our venue team in advance so we can help plan suitable arrangements.
Our Exclusive Estate Wedding has a fixed estate package price: Monday–Thursday AUD $10,560 including GST ($9,600 + GST), or Friday–Sunday AUD $14,410 including GST ($13,100 + GST). The estate price does not vary with guest numbers, and there is no Guest Surcharge or Recovery Fee. Weddings accommodate up to 160 guests. Catering is arranged separately and beverage packages are priced separately per person. Special rates may be available for selected off-peak dates.

Yes. The draping in the Grand Hall is a permanent fixture and is included at no additional cost.
