voco Kirkton Park is hosting a free Wedding Open Day, scheduled for the 29th of October from 10am – 2pm.
On the event day, we will have vendors from all aspects of weddings to answer any questions you may have. We will also be showcasing our ceremony and reception spaces so you can see how our beautiful venue comes to life.
Throughout the day, we'll be serving canapés and glasses of sparkling as well as hosting guided site inspections to give couples as much information as possible.

Our property is most definitely pet friendly! We have recently lauched our Pet Lover Accommodation Packages, meaning your furry family can join in on your special day too! There are terms & conditions that surround this package, so please get in contact with us to discuss further.
Accommodation prices flucuate daily & are based on a variety of different circumstances, so it is best to contact your wedding coordinator to discuss the details of your stay to ensure we can offer you the best available rate & discuss the different options we can provide. We would love your wedding guests to stay onsite with us as well! We can definitely work together on ensuring your guests are offered the best available rate also.
At voco Kirkton Park we are very lucky to be situated within such beautiful grounds! We are very fortunate to have our gorgeous roses bloom for majority of the year as well! Due to climate in the Hunter Valley, our roses are cut back for the winter months, however this means they are in full bloom by the time the Spring wedding season rolls around again.
Most definitely! Weather depending of course! We are located on 70 beautiful acres, meaning we are spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor locations. From our stunning Rose Garden, to the exclusive Manor Garden, there are many options we can discuss to create your fairytale!
We are extremely flexible when it comes to creating your special day. Whether it be budget considerations, or out of the box ideas, we are more than happy to work with you to create the perfect package to suit all of your requirements.
