Situated a little over an hour from Newcastle, Eaglereach Weddings & Events sits on the side of a mountain, offering breathtaking views over the bountiful valley below. Towering gum trees stretch as far as the eyes can see, winding paths weaving their way through the thick, leading to some stunning ceremony sites.
One of their most popular wedding spots is nestled in the bushland, with eucalyptus trees enclosing the space and bird calls echoing throughout. Meanwhile, receptions are held in an intimate room with vaulted ceilings, a roaring fireplace, banquet tables, suspended lights, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open up to a balcony overlooking the bushland.
It is here, in this welcoming reception space, that your guests will dance up a storm, devour tantalising fare made by one of New South Wales' finest wedding caterers, and toast your new marriage.

Sprout catering was started by Award winning chef Jacqueline Brown Jacqueline won the Sydney Morning Herald Josephine Pignolet award in 2005, has been the head chef of a 2 Chefs Hat restaurant, Sean’s Panaroma, before heading to London to work with Gordon Ramsey and The River Café. Sprout Catering was founded with an aim of providing professional catering at the highest quality no matter how large or small the event. With 25 years experience in the hospitality industry.

FAQ
You can upgrade your beverages to our Deluxe or Premium Package
We can extend your beverage package for additional hours.
All beverage service must finish by 10:30pm, for everyone to be out by 11pm.
To secure your booking we require a $3000 deposit (we require $1000 to be paid and the rest can be paid over a 3 month period). We also require a signed copy of our terms and conditions and booking form.
Sprout Catering are our exclusive caterers for Eaglereach. They offer complimentary tastings for all couples.
