You can choose between their gorgeous function room and the more intimate Huon Lounge, depending on your needs and style. You can expect plenty of space for a dancefloor and stage facilities, and are welcome to arrive via boat, helicopter or seaplane for a truly captivating entrance!

Kermandie is located in the pristine locality of Port Huon, in the Huon Valley.
We are approximately 45 minutes south-east from the centre of Hobart along the Huon Highway, OR, a bit over an hour's travel from Hobart Airport.
We are on the banks of the Huon River, overlooking the Port Huon Marina.
Our closest town is Geeveston (approximately 3km further south) where there is a local IGA, Bendigo Bank (& ATM), Butcher, Hairdresser, Cafes and Hardware Store - everthing you might need is right at your doorstep.
Kermandie is on the Huon Highway, which means the easiest form of transport is via car.
We have a Marina, so you can also arrive via boat or even seaplane (we have a special dock just for Above & Beyond Seaplanes). We also have space for 3 helicopters to land opposite our main building.
Kermandie can also collaborate with Bus companies to easily provide transport for your guests.
The Tassielink bus service even stops right in front of us.
So, you can travel to Kermandie via Car, Boat, Bus, Seaplane or Helicopter.
Kermandie can cater for up to 120 people with a sit down meal in our Function Room.
We can host a Cocktail Reception, where up to 150 people will be well cared for.
Our kitchen team are well prepared to serve almost any dietary requirement. Many of our menu items are already gluten free, and others can be adapted to become dairy free.
We are able to offer Vegan and Vegetarian options.
We can cater for many allergies but we do use flour, nuts, soy & sesame in our kitchen. We cannot gaurantee no traces of a particular allergen, but in the case of a private Wedding this is more easily achieved.
Kermandie has up to 26 rooms, including a House that can sleep up to 8 people.
Our rooms are either Heritage Style, in our main building. We have motel style accommodation in our Queen Lodge Rooms and Two Bedroom Units (these units also have fully resourced kitchens). All rooms have their own bathroom facilities.
Our property can sleep up to 77 people.
