Their packages include marquee hire, furniture, decorations, a dedicated wedding coordinator, two generators if required, a 50-seater bus to collect guests, two bathrooms, and more!
Sustainable practices. Focussed on sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices, The Farm grows its own fruit trees and vegetable patches and uses only rainwater — no pesticides. They also use solar-powered lights.

FAQ

What services do you provide

We offer many different packages starting from Ceremony only through to receptions for up to 200 people. Our largest marquee is 10m x 21m and includes all tables, chairs and decorative fairy lighting.

Is your venue animal friendly?

We try to cater to guests requests for allowing their fur babies to be part of their big day. We are very open to these discussions and in most circumstances, will allow them to attend.

Do you offer accommodation options?

We do not have any permanent accommodation available as yet however we are more than happy for you and your guests to camp overnight on the property if that is your preference.

Do you provide catering?

No we provide the venue only however we are able to provide a list of preferred suppliers for catering. As an example this includes food trucks, spitroast options and even a mobile bar that operates from a converted horse float!

We had our wedding at The Farm in September and it was beyond magical. Tracy and Gavin the owners went over and beyond, they made sure my vision was perfect and that the day ran smoothly. The most talked about thing on the night was the jaw dropping view, even when the sun went down and the fairy lights came up the view became even more magical. I can’t recommend this venue more!

We highly recommend The Farm @ Flying Fox Valley. Our wedding was the very first to be held at this beautiful new venue, and whilst that was daunting in and of itself, the support from Gavin and Tracy was endless and the views simply breathtaking! Surrounding ourselves with wonderful and supportive vendors like Gavin and Tracy put us at ease and helped ensure our wedding was nothing short of magical. As night fell, we were encased by hundreds of fairy lights which adorned the roof of their stunning marquee. Gavin and Tracy went above and beyond, creating one of a kind features for us, such as our beautiful arbour and an infinity edge dance floor with the most amazing outlook for our first dance. Most importantly, our beautiful Jack Russells were welcome to join us for the entire day! We cannot thank Gavin and Tracy enough!
