Nestled away in complete seclusion on the Gold Coast Hinterland sits Shambala Estate, the perfect place to have your wedding on Tamborine Mountain. This stunning venue flaunts elegant architecture, complimentated by luscious manicured gardens. 

Guests will arrive to this exclusive estate, where we offer four stunning wedding ceremony locations, including a large air-conditioned Chapel with full covered front atrium, a tranquil garden gazebo and a stone waterfall grotto.

Following the romantic ceremony, head towards one of two of our well-appointed reception venues and let the magical, one-of-a-kind celebration unfold in our immaculate grounds.

Our Galaxy Ballroom boasts an atmospheric ceiling installation of fibre optic starlight panels and crystal chandeliers. A wall of cascading constellation fairy lights frame the raised stage creating a fairy-tale experience second to none. The second reception venue on site is the Waterfall Pavilion. The Waterfall Pavilion boasts a vaulted ceiling adorned with a cascading metre long crystal chandelier, billowing drapery and fairy lights. French doors bring the tropical forest in creating an intimate romantic setting. 

Shambala Estate has 4 chalet-styled cottages. The self-contained cottages are ideal for yourself and bridal party to get ready in privacy and convenience.

• Beautiful on-site accommodation. Stay on-site for an immersive wedding experience. Shambala Estate has a selection of beautiful chalet-style cottages on offer. Each cottage comes with a host of inclusions, such as a spacious king bed, free Wi-Fi, and an authentic log fire.
• Spacious ballroom. For an opulent indoor celebration, Shambala Estate's ballroom is the ideal choice. Make a grand formal entrance on the dramatic staircase before taking to the floor with your partner. The jewel in this incredible space is the stunning ceiling illuminated by fibre optic starlight panels, strings of festoon lights, and crystal chandeliers. Seating from 60 guests to 160.

Tony & Tara have brought an abundance of love and wellbeing to Shambala Estate, which they purchased and rebranded in 2022. They fell in love with the property and having Buddhist values they have created a sanctuary of inclusivity, peace and love to the grounds.
