'Chapel On Little Ryrie' is the oldest church of it's kind in Victoria

First and foremost congratulations on your engagement, and thank~you for looking at the Chapel on Little Ryrie to be the place where you would like to celebrate your big day.

The 'Chapel',is the oldest Baptist church of it's kind in Victoria, opening it's doors on the first of November 1857. Upon walking into 'Chapel',the first thing you will notice is our integrity to the heritage structure and the abundance of natural light.

Our designers have complemented the original building with a cut away transparent floor that showcases the original baptismal bath. 'Chapel' is perfect for an intimate wedding or reception with seamless indoor to outdoor aesthetic.

Our team is well trained and will strive for the highest to help create a truly memorable occasion to be remembered for years to come.

'Chapel' has space to sit 100 persons for a formal sit down event, or 150 for a cocktail function.

We had a sit down wedding dinner at our reception. Table decoration was excellent, meals were delicious and served in a timely manner; guests were treated with courtesy and all were made to feel very special. Ben and his staff made the occasion a very special day for us. A great atmosphere. Highly recommend Chapel on Little Ryrie.

To Ben and his team we say a very big thank you for capping off the perfect day for our son's wedding. Chapel on Little Ryrie is an excellent choice for an affordable reception venue. We chose a grazing table and hot canapes for a relaxed reception with beer, wine and soft drink available at the bar. We had lovely feedback from many guests with regard to the venue, food and service which were all very positive. Ben and his team did a great job. In a world where the mention of the word ‘wedding’ immediately raises the prices exponentially it is refreshing to find a venue with an affordable option, PLENTY of delicious food and a good team providing excellent service. Thank you.
