Definitely, we know how unpredictable Melbourne weather can be! When holding your ceremony with us, we would suggest setting the dance floor on the side of the reception room as this allows us to close the partition wall, creating a private space for your ceremony. The ceremony chairs and ivory carpet would be setup over the dance floor and you would be positioned in front of the floor to ceiling windows, allowing you to still have the stunning water as your backdrop!
Yes, absolutely we do! Our chefs are very accommodating in catering to dietary needs as long as we know them in advance, but don’t take our word for it, “our guests, especially those with food allergies, couldn't stop raving about the delicious food and thoughtful service" - Lily K.
We can cater to a maximum of 250 people for a seated wedding reception and up to 400 people for a cocktail wedding, both allowing room for a dance floor. If you are looking at also having your ceremony with us, then we suggest a maximum of 160 people for a seated wedding reception to allow for the indoor ceremony backup option.
Having a smaller wedding? Not to worry at all, we have a partition wall in the room, allowing us to create a smaller, more intimtae wedding space!
Good news - there’s no venue hire fee! Instead, we just ask for a minimum spend on food and drinks, which varies depending on the day and time of year.
