Hi, we are Jodie & Jane, the husband and wife team behind Glencara. We are 6th generation farmers on the property. Over the past nineteen years we have been developing the gardens & restoring the 1890’s shearing shed with the dream of one day sharing it with others. This is now a reality and we hope our special place becomes your special place.

Yes! Here at 'Glencara' we have a romantic refurbished shearers quarters that is avaible, offering the newly weds acccommodation on the night as well as a place to get ready on the day for the bride and bridemaids. Located in the gardens and short distance from the reception venue. 'The shearers quaters' also serves as a great backdrop for photos.
Yes! We allow couples to use their caterer of their choice. We are happy to provide reccommendations but the choice of suppliers is ultimately up tp the couple.
Glencara is a BYO venue, allowing couples to select their alcohol of choice.
