Set on 80 magnificent acres with unrivalled Lockyer Valley views, Branell Homestead can offer you a stylish country wedding venue with luxurious accommodation. Branell Homestead is located a few minutes from Laidley, just one hour from Brisbane, 30 minutes from Ipswich and 45 minutes from Toowoomba.
Weddings at Branell are very affordable because instead of charging per person for food and alcohol, a flat venue hire fee is charged for the use of the Wedding Pavilion and you are allowed to organise your own caterers and alcohol. This means you can have a very personalised, stylish, self-catered wedding at a beautiful location and it does not have to cost you the earth.

We'll loan you the entire 80 acres, the Homestead and the Wedding Pavilion for a couple of days. Amazing DIY venue. We hired the site and accommodation and were able to create an amazing DIY wedding. Kathy provided quality service from start to finish, no question was silly and nothing was too hard. The views were amazing, the price was amazing, the facilities were beautiful. Kathy was an amazing celebrant for us - she gave us a beautiful, personalised ceremony which we had consulted with her, and many of our guests were teary-eyed by the end.
