Kirsty is an absolute miracle. After stepping in to coordinate our DIY wedding four weeks out, she went above in beyond in pulling everything together seamlessly. Her talent in styling and organisation is second to none and she does it all with her beautiful calm nature, patience of a saint and brilliant efficiency. I will be forever grateful for her help and that we got to have her be a part of our day. I couldn’t recommend Kirsty and Storybook & Co. more highly.

My husband and I are from Perth, but had our wedding in Brisbane. Storybook & Co made our initial stress and fears of planning an interstate wedding disappear immediately once we started planning our big day. Kirsty is so knowledgeable and was always there to immediately responded to any queries we had. Our main priority was to ensure we had someone that could arrive on our wedding day, set everything up and return the following day to take everything away. Kirsty & Kira - what an amazing combo. A great team of stylists who really listened to the vision that we had and they made it come to life. This was easily the best investment for the big day as it meant that we did not have to stress (too much) and no request was too small!!

Wedding stylist or planner?

We're wanting to get married in an outdoor ceremony. We need to hire someone to take care of setting up and clearing up. Is this something a wedding stylist or planner could co-ordinate? Are the chairs etc usually hired through them as well, or do we need to hire these independently?

Morning lovelies! 

Generally a planner is a great pick, purely because they're able to organise all areas of the event and control the aspects needed. When you have a Wedding Planner involved, they can also control the style you're going for from the furniture hired in the outdoor ceremony, florals, invitations and on the day setup. 

A stylist is someone who will setup for you, style the vision you have outlined and then pack down for you, sometimes you will find companies will also offer furniture hire and styling in the same package (i.e. Berry Vintage).
