June and Joan Art brings polished live wedding illustration into your celebration, creating elegant guest portraits throughout the day. With Steph illustrating live at your celebration, your guests can watch their portraits come to life without needing to stop and pose for long. Steph takes a quick photo, so guests can get back to celebrating while she captures their outfits, personalities, and the energy of the day. Finished portraits are packaged in protective clear sleeves, making them easy for guests to take home safely after the party.
Any portraits not completed during the event are thoughtfully finished in Steph’s studio after your wedding and delivered afterwards, so every included guest still receives their artwork. Steph also creates bespoke bridal portraits and custom wedding artwork for couples wanting a meaningful heirloom piece before or after the big day.

Bronze Package: $850
Three hours of live illustration. Includes up to 30 guests drawn across the event and post-event studio completion. Recommended for private events and intimate weddings.
Silver Package: $1,100
Four hours of live illustration. Includes up to 40 guests drawn across the event and post-event studio completion. Recommended for private events and small weddings.
Gold Package: $1,650
Six hours of live illustration. Includes up to 80 guests drawn across the event and post-event studio completion. Recommended for medium-sized weddings and corporate events. Includes a complimentary personalised template.
Platinum Package: $2,200
Eight hours of live illustration. Includes up to 100 guests drawn across the event and post-event studio completion. Recommended for weddings and large corporate events. Includes a complimentary personalised template.
Custom Illustrations
A4 or A5 custom illustrations start from $75. Final pricing depends on size and the number of people included.
Additional Guest Illustrations
Additional portraits beyond the selected package can be added from $15 per person.
All Packages Include
All drawing materials, premium A5 artist paper, an Instax Polaroid photo with each portrait, a complimentary display portrait and frame, clear sleeves, live illustration service, and early arrival for setup.
Travel fees may apply for destination venues or events outside included travel areas, quoted on request.

My goal is to create artwork that not only looks beautiful, but instantly transports you back to the joy, laughter and love of your wedding day every time you look at it.

Live illustration is a great, personalised gift that can bring the “WOW” factor to your event.
It is fast paced , live drawing, with a couple taking approximately 12 - 16 minutes to draw, or individuals around 6- 10 minutes (depending on outfit style and complexity).
Guests will pose for a photo, usually during cocktail hour (or mingling time) or prior to the ceremony for larger packages, and the illustration will be created from the photo reference, so your guests can continue enjoying your special day.
As soon as you have a date for your wedding, I would reach out to book! Availability books up months in advance, so the earlier the better. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date once an inquiry is placed.
Once booked, around 4-6 weeks out I will reach out to confirm final details and work on templates if you are using them for your event.
Not to worry! Each package has a guaranteed number of guests included. I will take photos of all guests on the night who want a photo, and I will draw as many guests on the night. The remaining guests will be drawn in studio after the event.

In 2026, I am currently based in Orange NSW, and I service Central West NSW and Sydney.
From 2027, I will be located in Sydney and will be servicing Sydney and Central West NSW.
All you need to provide is a trestle sized table (which is normally provided by the venue!)
I will provide all my own materials, and present my artist signage on the table.
Illustrations will be places in A5 plastic sleeves for guests to collect on the night!
