What we usually recommend is:

• Working around nap windows where possible so babies aren’t overtired during key moments like the ceremony or speeches
• Having a quiet, low stimulation space available where they can properly settle (not just a corner of the room)
• Keeping familiar comfort items and cues (same blanket, dummy, white noise, etc.) so sleep feels familiar even in a new environment
• Allowing for regular breaks away from the crowd to avoid overstimulation from noise, lights and lots of people
• Having a dedicated person focused on baby care, so parents aren’t trying to juggle everything and miss parts of the day

We also always suggest planning for a bit of flexibility as weddings are a big environment for little ones, so shorter naps or adjusted routines are completely normal. The goal is to keep them as settled and supported as possible throughout your special day.
