Which suppliers need to come to the wedding rehearsal?

What needs to be rehearsed at the rehearsal dinner? Do suppliers get involved or is it mainly for the wedding party?

It's mainly the wedding party and your celebrant.  If you have a wedding planner it's important that they're there working with the celebrant as they're your "Wedding Day Director".  If you have a band/musician just make sure they're briefed fully (no need to have them there).

Hope that helps!

For your wedding rehersal, Its recommended you have both your celebrant and your wedding planner/on the day coordinator attend.

If your planning your wedding on your own, then the celebrant would be the only supplier required.

If your having a rehersal dinner, the food and beverage manager of the venue, who will be in attendance the day of your wedding is recommended to be there to assist with ensurng all wines are paired correctly with your course selection, and any changes to the menue such as the way food is cooked (more salt/less salt etc) is communicated to the kitchen preparing your wedding meal.

Usually the wedding rehearsal is the bridal party and the person performing the ceremony (celebrant, priest, sheik etc), and if you have a wedding planner or on the day coordinator, it's a really good idea to get them along also. The main goal of the rehearsal is that everyone knows how the ceremony is going to flow - think of it like a mini dress rehearsal! If you have anyone outside of the bridal party involved for example doing readings or signing your papers, it can be a good idea to get them involved also if they are available.

Good luck with the big day!

Generally the celebrant and your bridal party will be at the rehersal. However as a coordinator this time is a great opportunity to run through all the little details of the day and make sure the couple are happy. It will also give the coordinator a chance to view the venue and be given a brief of the overall vision. It can be a great chance to meet in a more relaxed setting prior to the day.

Usually you only need you Celebrant along with your wedding party. Not all Celebrants will attend your rehearsal so it's important to ask that when you book one if it's something you want. Or, if you have a Wedding Planner/On The Day Coordinato and they can attend. I would suggest a Wedding Planner over your Celebrant as they can discuss things with your Celebrant on the day (Mellyrain Events)

Hello, usually the wedding rehersal is a practice run for yourselves and your wedding party with your celebrant. As such, in most cases the only supplier at the rehersal is the celebrant, unless you want it photographed or videoed.
