Any tips on avoiding post wedding depression?

It is very common to feel a bit blue after the wedding day. After all, you spent months if not years planning this special day and then it is over so quickly! That is completely normal and the feeling will ease over time. Some tips to make this easier include:

• Look forward to your wedding photos and videos and reliving the day through those images
• Talking with your new husband or wife about your favourite parts of the day
• Perhaps delaying the honeymoon a bit so there is something else to be excited about and so that it is not over all at once
• Remembering that the wedding day is just the start of your beautiful journey together as husband and wife and you will experience many more wonderful moments together!
