Okay to skip plus-ones for coworkers?
We’re having a super small 20–25 person wedding and I’d love to invite four of my coworkers. I've known them for years and want them there, but I’ve never met their partners. Having people I don't know at such an intimate gathering feels a bit weird to me, but I also don't want to break major wedding etiquette. Is it totally fine to invite just the coworkers, or do I really need to include their plus-ones?

For such a small, intimate wedding, I think it’s absolutely fine to invite just your coworkers, particularly if you’ve never met their partners. Four extra guests in a wedding of only 20–25 people is actually quite significant! Just be ttally upfront and honest that you’re keeping the guest list extremely small and limited to people you personally know. Most people will completely understand. Andif they dont they simply wont attend.
