Congratulations on setting a date to say “I do”!

Depending on the service/s required a Wedding Planner would be a couples best tool to help create a day they have always dreamed of and take the stress out of planning.

A Wedding planner may be involved in all aspects or even partial aspects of planning depending on the couples needs.

Some of those are as per below:

> seeking, selecting and coordination with Venues and suppliers

> budget management, payment schedules

> meeting schedules

> design boards, style inspiration and ideas

> music selections

> attend food tastings, cake tastings

> dress fittings, and suit fittings

> floral and decor selection and set up

> Venue set up

> Transport

> seating charts, and supplier run sheets

> Assistance and advise through out

> emotional support system (it’s a stressful time, we know)

Everything is done with the couples insight and final approvals.

Dear Bride

Congratulations on your engament. Wedding planners are the team of professionals that can take the stress from the couple getting married.

There are diffrent pacages of services that can be offered. The normal procedures is the lucky couple meet with the Wedding planner for a consultant meeting, to discuss the service the couple want to use. When they agree on a consept and services needed, a contract will be signed and the planner start planning your wedding making your experience stress free. Most planners already have a large Vendor list they would suggest to use, can negotiate better prices on contracts.

Service usual can include:

Full planning ( this include right from the start the planner basic do everything, the couple make the decisions after the planner show them all the options they found for the consept the couple decided on. The planners main purpose is to spend the time looking for the Venue, vendors, meeting with them , working on best price from Vendors , logisics , contracts being paid, making sure all the boxes for the big day has been ticked, even the smallest details. On the day coordination, giving the couple the peace of mind to enjoy the day without stressing about timelines, vendors ect.

Wedding planners can do special pacakages that cover less planning, like if the couple want to do a lot of DIY and the planner just overseas all the final planning, and coordinate the day of the wedding.

Our company are Wedding planners, design a consept and styling of your wedding.

There are Wedding planners that only do the planning and would use another professional to do the Design of a consept and Styler to style the wedding.

We would love to be able to discuss the pacakages we offer if you are thinking of using the services of a Wedding Planner.

Kind Regards

Wedding Planners work in a variety of ways. We can help plan everything for your wedding, or only help out a little bit with what you need, we do on-the-day coordination and help set up decorations. It really depends on what you are after.

The benefit of hiring a wedding planner is that we can save you a lot of time research venues and other suppliers, as well as make sure you are getting the right inclusions,  and sometimes we also get vendor discounts with some suppliers which can help save money. We keep on track of everything that needs to be done and liase with suppliers to make sure everyone is on the same page, arrival times etc.

Some brides prefer to do all that themselves and that is completely fine. Others would like some help to make the process a bit easier and less stressful.

Hope this helps :)

Well that really depends on what you need.

Some have packages to suit the amount of imput that you need help with and other tailor the pricing to suit each individual couple.

Be a quick run down

On The Day - means that the wedding planner will be there to make your wedding day run smoothly, from setting up the ceremony area to creating the perfect reception. They will generally also do a Wedding Event Order, this is used by the suppliers as a time line of events to how the wedding & reception will be running. They will also contact the vendor a few week to touch base as to a timing for when vendors will be bumping in & out, they may even have a Vendor Bump Sheet also.

Styling - Means that they have helped you coordinate & structure your styling with the help of florists, hire companies & decor.

Full Service - Means that the Planner will be with you every step of the way, guiding you thru the most import tasks to the small details that can easily be forgotten.

Ultimately it is up to you the amount of input and details that you want your planner to supply and what you are happy to do your self.

If you are planning a huge wedding or a small gathering a planner is a valuable helper either way.
