Half-Day Coordination
For couples who just want support through the key moments. We’ll manage your ceremony, greet your guests, coordinate vendors, and make sure the transition into your reception runs seamlessly.

Custom run sheet for your ceremony and reception setup
Ceremony setup oversight

Month of + Full-Day Coordination 
Our most popular package, designed for couples who want complete peace of mind. We’ll step in a month out to confirm every detail, coordinate your suppliers, and handle the timeline. On the day, we’re by your side from the morning prep until the evening celebrations.

Everything in Half-Day, plus:
4–5 weeks of vendor communication and coordination
Onsite venue walkthrough before the wedding
Final confirmations with all vendors
Full-day coverage (8–10 hours)
Guest flow and timeline management from start to finish

Partial and Full Wedding Planning
We’ll source your vendors, help refine your style, and manage the details — including the day-before rehearsal dinner and full coordination on the wedding day.
