I work with couples in the lead-up to their wedding day to fine-tune the logistics and timing of both the ceremony and reception. On the day, I manage and support suppliers, oversee setup, coordinate timings to ensure your event runs smoothly, and handle any last-minute issues—so you can relax and truly enjoy your celebration, stress-free.

How I Can Support You On Your Wedding Day

As your Wedding Coordinator, I take care of all the behind-the-scenes logistics to ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish. My services typically include:

• Managing and supporting suppliers on the day,
• Overseeing venue setup, including furniture layout, decorations, and signage,
• Supporting the celebrant or priest with the bridal party’s arrival and cueing music if needed,
• Ushering and assisting guests,
• Keeping the event running to schedule, e.g. cueing musicians, prompting speech givers,
• Handling any unexpected issues or last-minute changes, and
• Assisting with pack-down and bump-out.

In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll work closely with you to review your plans, confirm supplier expectations, refine the run sheet, and walk through the venue(s) to finalise ceremony and reception timings and setup details.
