On the Day Coordination, from $2,200
This package is for couples who have planned their wedding and want someone to manage the day. Birdie, Beloved takes over the final details so you can arrive feeling ready, not rushed.
This package includes a handover meeting four to six weeks before your wedding, full supplier briefing and liaison, a detailed run sheet, two weeks of supplier management before the wedding, and full coordination from setup to send off. Pricing depends on guest numbers and the level of detail involved.
Partial Planning, from $4,500
This package is for couples who have booked a venue and have a clear idea of the day, but still want help bringing everything together. Birdie, Beloved helps with suppliers, planning details, timelines, and styling direction.
This package includes up to three planning sessions, supplier recommendations and introductions, budget tracking, contract review, timeline and run sheet creation, styling direction, a mood board, three to four months of email support, and everything included in the On the Day Coordination package. Pricing depends on guest numbers and the level of detail involved.
Full Planning, from $7,500
This package is for couples who want support from the start. Birdie, Beloved helps plan the full wedding, from finding a venue to managing suppliers, budgets, styling, and final details.
This package includes venue search and shortlisting, full supplier sourcing and management, budget creation and tracking, styling and design direction, fortnightly planning check-ins, rehearsal attendance, unlimited email support, and everything included in the On the Day Coordination and Partial Planning packages. Pricing depends on guest numbers and the level of detail involved.
Add-ons and Additional Services
Birdie, Beloved also offers a small number of access-priced packages each year for couples who would find the standard fees a genuine barrier. These packages include the same care, detail, and support, with adjusted pricing.
About
I came to weddings the long way around. A career in project management and events taught me how to hold complexity without letting it show. Years of teaching yoga taught me how to stay present when everything around you is moving. And becoming a mother to a daughter named Nora Birdie, who is the reason this business exists, taught me that the most important things deserve to be done with intention. Birdie, Beloved grew out of all of those things at once.

On-the-day coordination is for couples who have done their own planning and need a professional to execute it. It starts four to six weeks before your wedding, when we take over supplier communication, build your run sheet, brief every vendor, and manage the day from setup to send-off.
Partial planning sits in the middle — you have a venue and a vision, and we build out the detail and carry the final months alongside you.
Full planning covers everything from the very first conversation to the wedding day itself, with every decision made together and every detail managed throughout.

Birdie, Beloved is based in Melbourne and available for weddings anywhere in Australia and beyond. A travel day rate applies for events more than 90 minutes from Melbourne CBD, from $600 per travel day.
We love to travel and have organised events local and overseas. If you have a destination wedding in mind, reach out and we will talk through the logistics together.
Always and without condition. Birdie, Beloved is for every couple, every love, every kind of celebration. We do not arrive with assumptions about what your day should look like, who walks down the aisle, or what tradition means to you. We arrive with questions and listen carefully to the answers.
It begins with a message — just your date and a little about your day. We come back to you within 2 business days with an invitation to a no-obligation discovery call of around thirty minutes. If it feels like the right fit, a clear proposal follows within three business days.
From there, the process depends on your package. On-the-day coordination becomes active four to six weeks before the wedding. Partial and full planning begin much earlier. Throughout, you have us as a single point of contact who knows your day completely.
My background is in project management and events — I have spent years coordinating complex, multi-supplier productions where the margin for error is small and the stakes are high. I also teach yoga, which has taught me to stay calm and present when things are moving fast around me.
I work with a small number of couples each year so that every one of them receives my full attention as I believe that relationships move at the speed of trust. Every wedding I coordinate becomes part of the Birdie, Beloved story.
A small number of access-priced packages are available each year for couples for whom our standard fees would be a genuine barrier. It is the same service, the same care, the same us — just priced differently.

As early as your date allows. Planning and coordination dates in Melbourne book out six to twelve months ahead, particularly for spring and autumn weddings. We keep our roster intentionally small, so when we are full, we are full.
