Hello friends, lovely to meet you! My name is Madeleine and I own and operate LIMITLESS Wedding Planning. Once an all-inclusive party and event company, we have evolved to weddings only - hooray! This is where my passion and talents lie, and where all my time is focused! On the rare occasion I am not planning a wedding, meeting with couples, or working a wedding, I am hanging out with my family, outside in the sunshine, and probably eating a sweet treat! Totally up to you! Couples generally bring me on board anywhere from 4-24 months before their big day, depending on what they need. For full and partial planning, the earlier the better of course, however for day of coordinator this can be booked later down the track, being mindful of dates booking out in advance!
This is such a FAQ! Its all in the name - a planner helps with the planning side of house, where as a coordinator helps execute everything, and bring the vision together on the day of your wedding. My packages are reflective on what couples need for their big day. Already have everything organised and want someone there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly? A coordinator would be perfect for you. No idea where to start? A planner would be your go to. 2 of my packages offer a planner AND coordinator, as couples who have me plan their wedding will generally want me their on the big day!
Yes! Most venues will only set up the bare bones (chairs, cutlery, plates etc), and anything personal such as table decor, styling and heavy items will be up to the couple to organise - this is where I come in! I also do pack downs at the end of the night.
