Of course we can! This is what we call On The Day Coordination, and as the name suggests, provides assistance with coordinating the actual wedding day and ensuring everything goes to plan.

Wedding planning is stressful, then add to this the stress of who is going to do those little tasks that are niggling in the back of your mind on the day. Who is going to move the flowers from the ceremony to the reception, who is going to play the music as I walk down the aisle, who is going to make sure I eat and who is going to setup the reception the way I want it?

That's where we come in, we will touch base with you about a month out from your wedding to help bring together your runsheet. Detailing everything from what time speeches are being done, to who is speaking. These details make sure we know exactly how you want the day run. We will grab all of your supplier details and touch base with them to confirm any final details the week of the wedding.

Then when your wedding day comes, it's all about you enjoying the way whilst we liase with your suppliers, deal with any hiccups and make sure the day runs smoothly. 

That is completely fine! We work with fully customisable packages to ensure that you are getting assistance with exactly what you need. That may only be partial planning help with picking the suppliers, but you are happy to negotiate with them, or maybe you have a friend that can organise all the videography, photography and AV requirements for the day. 

During our first consultation, this is your chance to tell us exactly what you think you'll need and we can work from there to design a package that suits you.

This happens more than you would think, so please don't stress about this. The reality is, we only get married once! So it's not likely you'll be a pro at it and wedding planning can become pretty overwhelming fast, dealing with every aspect.

We're here to help, all you need to do is send an enquiry and you're well on your way. From there we will get in touch to organise an initial consultation where we can chat and devise a plan. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will your wedding. 

My biggest recommendation is to get onto a planner sooner rather than later though to avoid a last minute stressful rush. 

This question really depends on who you are as a couple and what time frame you have. The truth is wedding planning can be as long or as short as you would like. Earlier this year, we pulled together a full planned and styled wedding for 60 guests in 2 weeks. On the flip side, we've done some weddings with years of planning.

Ultimately it will determine how long you have to think about things, and how fast you need to make decisions. 

Planning in advance will also reduce the chances of your dream venue and suppliers being booked. Venues in particular can book out years in advance, so it's important to get in nice and early to avoid any dissapointment. 

We get this question all the time on first consultations. The truth is, at that stage we aren't even sure. Think about building a house, you can't just go to a builder and say how much will it cost to build a house. You need to consider how many bedrooms, how many floors, are you using marble tiles imported from Italy in the bathroom or just regular ones? 

All of these aspects will determine the cost of your house, just like how many bridesmaids bouquets, number of guests and the venue will determine the cost of your wedding.

Weddings have the flexibility of being able to be moulded to suit your budget. If you're working on a tighter budget, not a problem! We'll look at venues that have inclusive food and drink packages and furniture included.
