From day one to day of, Coast Wedding Designs will be by your side. We offer end to end wedding planning and styling services that includes timeline planning, full concept and design, vendor recommendations and bookings, complimentary onsite venue visit, on the day coordination with unlimited hours, plus so much more!
If you’re ready to roll but feel as though you would be at ease if a trustworthy planner confirmed final details and was there on the day of your wedding to coordinate and make sure everything runs smoothly, then this package is for you. You will receive full preparation of run sheet, floor plan creation, oversee the logistics on the day of (unlimited hours) and we will act as the main point of contact for you, your bridal party, guests and vendors.

The role as a planner is someone who is responsible to plan the end to end planning process in the lead up to the wedding day and someone who is responsible for the successful execution of the wedding day itself (On The Day Coordination).
Renee may meet you in person as a way to get to know you as a couple and what your vision is. Generally we’d meet at a suitable cafe.
Throughout the planning she will share live documents with you via Google Drive, email, phone call, video call. You can be involved as much or as little as you want so long as the brief is discussed and understood.
Sometimes the venue will have an events manager onsite. Their role is to solely manage the venue itself such as food and beverage, lighting, bump in and out movements of all suppliers.
The role we will play is to manage your suppliers weeks’ before the wedding, to ensure they turn up on time, any issues they may encounter and to resolve them. These suppliers include your photographer, videographer, florist, hair & make up artist, etc. We also act as your main point of contact for your guests on the wedding day.
We plan and coordinate weddings from 3 months to 12 months, depending on the size of the guest numbers.
