Yes. We photograph weddings across Port Macquarie, the Mid North Coast, Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Byron Bay and beyond.

Rain does not ruin wedding photography. We’ll work with the conditions, adjust locations and timing where needed and use the weather creatively. We also help you think through backup options before the wedding if the forecast looks unpredictable.

Yes. We use commercial-grade photography and filmmaking equipment and bring backup camera equipment. Careful preparation and our file-backup process support the work, while we keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable for you.

Every photo + video package includes a minimum two-person production team: one photographer focused on your photographs and one dedicated videographer focused on your film. A videographer provides film coverage; a second photographer adds still-photography coverage. The A$1,500 two-hour photography-only micro package includes one photographer. For larger weddings or multiple preparation locations, we can discuss photography collections with two photographers or additional coverage in your quote.

Once you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll send through your booking agreement and deposit details.

Yes. We work with you before the wedding to plan the photography around your ceremony, light, locations and the parts of the day that matter most to you. We want photography to fit around your wedding, not take it over.

Our Easy Weddings Wedding Photo + Video Combos are A$3,999 for six consecutive hours and A$4,999 for eight consecutive hours. Both include one photographer and one dedicated videographer, professionally edited photographs, a private online gallery and a 3–5 minute cinematic highlight film. For micro weddings with fewer than 10 guests, two consecutive hours is A$1,500 for photography only or A$2,500 for photography + video. Micro-wedding film deliverables are confirmed in your quote. Every Easy Weddings wedding booking includes a complimentary engagement shoot. Full ceremony and speech films, and travel beyond the Mid North Coast, are quoted separately.
