I try my best to get your wedding photos back to you with in the 6-8 week window, sometimes I may need a little longer but I will always keep you in the loop on what is happening. 

Your online gallery will be loaded for you to view your images while we are making your album and ordering canvas images ( you will use your online gallery to chose your own image for your canvas, we dont choose for you) this way you are able to see your photos before hand if you wish. 

This is a good question, your images are not rezied as we feel you have paid for them and would love to print them onto canvas images or print once you have them so we make sure this is possible. 

As for watermarking, you images that are used on social media are watermarked, your final images that you recive in your wedding package are not watermarked. 

Travel fee is something that may or may not be needed, each wedding is diffrent and want diffrent things so we make working out travel very personal to each couple. 

Just as a example: You have booked a 10 hour wedding and your 2 hours away from where we live we will a travel free to cover some accomidation, as the last thing we want to happen is having a crash on the way home from your wedding.

Social media is a huge part of our advertisng, so we do understand that sometime we have brides and grooms that do not wish to have images on soicla media.

I do ask if we can use images that do not contain images of you  - eg: detail shots ( shoes, rings ect) this way we can let people know we have done a wedding.

The other thing we ask is to put your images in sample albums so were able to share with new clients when we have in house meeting, so this is where your ceremony, reception and formal photos are placed for us to share with new clients. 

Most the times people are happy for the albums and detailed shots for soical media and this makes us happy too, we try and be flexable where we can to give everyone what they would like.
