FAQ

Can we meet before the event to discuss finer details?

Of course! We aim to meet up at least once to discuss key photos you may want, event details (after all every event is unique), poses and more. We want your experience to be as smooth as possible.

I have some poses i want to do, can we do those?

Absolutely! we want your style and desired poses to shine through, we will work with you to ensure any poses you may have are a part of the photoshoot. We will also throw in a few of our own other poses and are happy to include family pets as well if you so wish.

How long does it take for the photos to be finalised and given to us?

We aim to get most photos done and back to you within 3 weeks. If our calendar is a bit busy we strive to aim for no more than 5 weeks.

How are my photos provided to me?

Photos are provided in the following forms:

- a USB drive with all your precious memories and a hand written thank you tag.

- a digital album link on our website for sending to friends and families which also allows them to download the images - please note this album link is private and only those who are given the link may see it. If you so wish, this can also be password-only accessible .
