CEREMONY

Have our acoustic duo sing you down the aisle. We perform soulful renditions of all your favourite songs as guests are arriving, your aisle procession, signing of the registry & aisle recession. Add violin to make it a trio!

CANAPES/PRE RECEPTION
While you are whisked away to take photos our musicians play feel good tunes as guests mingle & settled in. Have our acousitc duo perform OR perhaps add sax or bongos for that extra vibe!

Certainly, We want to bring to life how you envision your live music to sound on your special day.

Heres what we do..

Reception:

With any of our reception packages we are happy to learn songs for the following formalities

  

  • Bridal Waltz
  • Father Daughter dance
  • Cutting of the cake
  • Exit song

Ceremony: 

We will learn the following

  • Aisle procession
  • Signing the register
  • Aisle Recession

However, for any of these formalities you prefer the actual track, thats ok too!

If your not too sure which songs best suit, don’t worry! we love to work with our couples to choose the perfect songs for those pivotal moments.! We have an extensive songs list and are happy to make suggestions too!

 - Up to 4 x 45min of LIVE music! Performed over a 5 hour time frame. This includes 2 dinner sets & 2 dance sets. (Can be customised) So, if you prefer 1 dinner set & 3 dance sets thats ok too! Background music is played through our system inbetween band sets to avoid any awkward pauses!

 - Entry song, bridal waltz, father daughter dance, cutting of cake & exit song performed live!

 - All PA & sound provided which is set up & operated by a professional sound engineer.

 - FULL sound check! to ensure the set up is correct for the venue.

 - Additional microphones for speeches.

Under 100 guests: 3-4 piece works nicely to play during canapés, dinner and have everyone on the dance floor partying the night away!

Over 100 guests: 4 - 7 piece will compliment this amount of guests.

All our packages are customisable and we will tailor the quote to ensure it is best suited for your music & sound requirements.

We offer a budget friendly alternative the “DJ/BAND package. Which consists of a DJ, one of our powerhouse vocalists & sax player &/OR Bongos.

We simply could not have had a better Ceremony singer, Canapé performer and Reception Entertainment/MC. Madison is professional and talented. Madison was so lovely to deal with! Friendly, polite, experienced! And her music was amazing! Unfortunately being busy with the day we didn't get a chance to fully take it in, but even the guests reviews of her music were amazing. I thought her prices were also very affordable. I'm so glad we ended up getting a band! Madi and the team were so chilled yet professional, exactly what we wanted. Commutation was a breeze and the band played all the songs we requested. They were excellent at reading the room; playing frozen for the little girls who took up the dance floor when everyone else was busy and knew exactly when to put on the nut bush. What's the best way to incorporate Greek and English music at our reception?

Hi there. My partner is Greek, and I'm Aussie, and our guest list reflects roughly half and half. Wanting to ensure both cultures are represented and have a great time. How best to include music for each so everyone has fun?

Good morning!

We specialise in ethnic entertainment. We can incorporate Greek & English DJ, singers (English & Greek), bouzouki player & Greek dancers!

The best way to incorporate both cultures would be to break it up over the night for eg:

ENTREE: Greek vocalist with bouzouki player

MAINS: English vocalist performing or DJ playing english music for dinner.

DANCEFLOOR: My suggestion is you have a Greek "segment" in between the english music for dancing. This way your non Greek guests will be on the dancefloor warmed up and will have a go at the greek dancing too! 

Also, having a DJ who has experience playing Greek weddings will ensure he will know what and when to play specific songs to entertain your guests/keep them on the dancefloor rather than just a playlist.

We can go as simple or grand as you like with your entertainment!

How quickly do we need to book in a band or DJ for our wedding?

Curious at what point in our wedding planning we should be thinking about entertainment?

Excellent question!! I find brides book a band or DJ the same time as they book their venue. So we say anything upto a year in advance! When you book well ahead you ensure you get your 1st choice. With Madison Entertainment once you pay your deposit your date is locked in and we don't take any other bookings that day. However, we don't incur higher charges regardless of how close you book to your wedding date. 

Also, there may be certain bands and DJ's who will offer discounted rates or an extra canapés set if you book well in advance.  Hope this helps :)
