some of my favourite songs are sad lol, do you often have couples ask you to play non-love songs?

Can i ask for a dj or band's music sample before i book them?

Hi thanks for your question.
I am a Mobile Wedding and Party Dj and sometimes I do get asked for samples. I do not give out samples as bieng a mobile party Dj is different to a club Dj. A good mobile Dj should be able to give you the lentgh of time he has being Dj ing how much Wedding experience he or she has had. Plus should be able to provide feedback or testimonials from past clients ,and if they are on any preferred lists at Wedding Reception Venues this will indicate they are proffessional and have experience.
As far as bands go I can not speak for them but I do know alot of them have promo cd's so don't be shy to ask.
