1. Send us the details of your event via our online Booking Enquiry Form where you can choose one of our Band Packages (e.g. Duo, Trio, 4-Piece Band, 5-Piece Band, More than 5).
2. Select a Singer from the selection of Singer options we offer. 
3. Once we send you a quote, we require a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure your date/booking.
4. We will request a run-sheet of your day/event. Once we have received this, we will organise the following procedures with you:
– Your song requests
– Set playing times
– Band instructions (set-up/pack-up logistics, parking and meal breaks if applicable)
5. 14 days prior to your event, we will invoice the remaining 80% which needs to be received in full 5 days prior to the event.

We can organise a custom band package to fit to an event of any length of time, but since many venues are hired on a 5 hour basis our standard band package prices are based 5-hours. This includes a total of 180 minutes playing time that can either be sectioned into 4 x 45 minute sets or adjusted to suit your run sheet. If you require the band to play for longer than a 5-hour period, that can be requested but additional fee’s will apply.

Here is an example of how our band would play during an event running from 6-11:

• 5pm: Band arrives to set up and sound check

• 6:00-6:45pm: 1st Set: Band plays background music for guests arrival and drinks/canapes

• 6:45-7pm: Band Break

• 7-7:45pm: 2nd Set: Band plays background music during dinner.

• 7:45-9:15pm: Band break to have dinner, during speeches.

• 9:15-10pm: 3rd Set: Band plays a song request for bridal waltz then continue with party music.

• 10-10:15pm: Band Break

• 10:15-11pm: 4th Set: Band plays party music.
• 11pm: Band pack-up

We are based in Sydney and will play within the greater Sydney area without a travel fee. This includes:

Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Sutherland Shire, Canterbury, Bankstown, Parramatta, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Blacktown and Western Sydney.

We are happy to travel to other areas but a travel fee will be included in your invoice. Some Regular areas we travel to include:

Central Coast, Newcastle, Hawkesbury, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Gloucester Valley, Mid North Coast, Southern Highlands/Bowral, Woollongong, Berry and the South Coast.
