Escapades

A combined vision and a plethora of instrumental ability fused this outfit together over a decade ago. The band wrote, recorded, gigged and produced tunes in their hometown of Adelaide and after a couple of overseas trips, a stack of gigs and some big supports, they decided to call this sound ESCAPADES.

From around 2012, they worked the local band and cover scene to get more live experience, which led to becoming one of Adelaide's most sought after bands for venue and event entertainment.

During 2015, the former orignal singer Kiki relocated outside of SA.
Simela Petridis (Kiki's younger cousin) started singing alongside the band during 2014 and officially took over the lead vocal role in 2015.

As of 2018, Taneesha Sparnon (known as Tee) officially joined the family making her the 3rd vocalist and take on the main vocal role for the band.  

Since this musical project started, ESCAPADES has evolved into a collaboration of like minded people that have become family, and can play in varied formats from an Acoustic Duo through to a full 7 piece Big Band.

Escapades can be seen regularly at Adelaide venues every week, as well as for many functions, weddings and events.
