Something that is hand made in Australia and reflects your personaility. Don't be a slave to fashion and get something you truly love now as you will bewearing it for a very  very long time. Don't forget it doesnt matter what others say as they won't be the ones looking at it every day. If you want to get something distictive bur are afraid that it might date in 10 years time just ignore those thoughts as once youve worn it for 10 years the ring will become part of you and your personailty and the only strage part will be when you're not wearing it. Some of the coolest rings are those from the 70s! get something you love now irrespective of any fashion and you'll love it forever.

Hi

The wedding ring signifies your transition from being engaged to being married, and like your engagement ring, it’s something you’ll be wearing for the rest of your life.

So, the first step is to ask yourself is if you want a wedding band that sits flush beside your engagement ring without a gap, or if it’s okay to have a little space between the two?

This will in part be determined by whether your engagement ring can sit flush with a straight wedding ring. Many classic engagement ring styles are already designed to sit flush with a straight band, so look for an elevated head that will allow the centre diamond to sit above the wedding band.

If your ring won’t take a straight wedder, you can have wedding rings custom made to fit flush with the engagement ring by making it slightly curved.

Usually, the wedding band is made using the same type of metal as the engagement ring, but there’s no set rule that says the metals have to match. And a wedding ring with a row of diamonds will add a hint of sparkle and compliment a solitaire engagement ring without detracting from the main diamond.

One piece of advice, make sure to order your ring with plenty of time before the wedding. Most jewellers don’t carry all possible combinations of finger size/styles/diamond quality/diamond carat weight/etc. in stock, so this could take a few days, or several weeks to get the ring you want.

Hope this helps
