It's hard not to feel disappointed when you go on Pinterest and see new & gorgeous ideas, but the price of pulling it off is out of the question. However, please know that your guests will NEVER be disappointed that you chose one medium over another. They'll be so happy that they're invited in the first place!

You can still keep up to date with new trends by using stunning paper stock. Pick a stock that is thick and nice to touch. You can't go wrong with a gorgeous design on paper. Please let me know what you end up deciding on :)

Cheers,

You could never go wrong with paper... it's classic! Yes wood and perspex look impressive, but they are so chic which equals big $$$$ for brides and grooms on a no-expense-spared wedding. It's only a realistic option for a very small wedding where you will be hand delivering each invitation (I mean imagine how much postage would be on one of those invitations... just crazy). For those of us living in the real world, where every dollar counts, we work closely with our brides to find a solution that you will love and at the same time will suit your budget.

Good luck with all your planning! :)

Paper is still amazing - so many different colours and textures which can be combined with letterpress, foil, white print, embossing, raised ink - the possibilities really are endless. Personally, I will always love a classic design, letterpress printed, pressed deep into super thick cotton paper. Has the wow factor in abundance.

Hey there,

Paper is still a favourite medium for wedding invitation (and in my humble opinion, always will be). There are so many ways to take a would-be simple invitation and make it stunning. There's letterpress, foil stamping, white ink, and even the budget friendly option of digital printing can be brought to life with some clever design, illustration or hand lettering. If you're not convinced, jump on Pinterest and check out the world of stunning bridal stationery.

All the best with your wedding plans!

Paper is still the most popular stock for invites. There are so many ways to make paper beautiful and to excite your guests for your wedding. Focus on the best quality stock you can afford, aim for card weight over 280gsm, something textured and a stunning design, then you're all set. Hope this helps.
