Welcome to The Hello Bureau, your local creative studio for all your wedding and event stationery design needs in Perth, Western Australia. We're here to make your wedding stationery journey a breeze by offering multiple stationery solutions.
The Hello Bureau offers an eco-friendly range of handmade, recycled, compostable, and sustainable paper stocks that are all FSC® certified, ensuring a positive impact on the environment. This includes beautifully textured paper made out of recycled fibres, sustainable wheat and hemp.
ONLINE ORDERING
To make life easier, we have an online shop where you can place an order for your invitations from the comfort of your own home. Each order is reviewed and designed by our lead designer, Cassandra. After placing an order, we offer a one-on-one service where Cassandra will liaise with you over email and phone to create your wedding stationery. You will be guided through each stage of the process from design to approving digital proofs. Should you require any adjustments or additional stationery, Cassandra will happily work with you to create these.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
We welcome custom requests and take pride in offering tailored solutions to meet your creative vision. Whether it's shaped invitations, elegant white ink designs, precise letterpress prints, or opulent foiling, we have extensive experience in bringing these specialty ideas to life.
PRICING + PACKAGES
The cost of our printed invitations start at $6 per card and can all be found on our website. Specialty invitations usually range from $10-$15 per card, depending on the style and printing method required.
At our studio, we believe in tailoring every stationery suite to perfectly suit each couple's unique vision. We steer clear of set packages because we understand that your requirements are distinct and deserve special attention.
Instead, our pricing is based on a thoughtful consideration of various factors. From the print technique required to the paper stock of your choice, we ensure that every detail aligns with your preferences.
Furthermore, we take into account the availability of specific items and the timeframe within which you wish to have your stationery ready. This way, we can provide you with a transparent and customised pricing structure that caters to your individual needs.

FAQ
Yes, absolutely!
This is also a great idea for those urgent items where you need next-day printing and don't have time to wait around for shipping.
We get a number of customers who have found something on Pinterest and would like a similar design that they can take to print out themselves.
Please note that we do require at least two week's notice to design on-the-day items. If you need a digital file in a hurry, we've got some editable templates on our website that you can edit, customise and download.
The number of invitation sets you require is not the same as your guest count.
Take into consideration guests that live together and only require one invitation per household.
Once you have worked that out, add about 5-10 spare sets just in case you have last minute guests to invite or spots to fill.
No, we are an online-only creative studio.
