Guests pick up the handset and leave stories, advice, laughter and heartfelt messages in their own voices. After your wedding, the recordings are professionally processed and delivered digitally, giving you a lasting collection of voices you may never be able to capture in quite the same way again.
Optional additions include custom fine-line artwork, QR-linked keepsakes and access to a private online audio portal, allowing you to revisit the voices and memories of your wedding long after the day has passed.

Hello! Created in South Australia, Memory Line was born from years spent working behind the scenes of weddings and events, and from a simple but powerful truth: long after the day has passed, it is often a loved one’s voice we miss the most. Most people already have photos and videos... but very few people have intentional recordings of their loved ones speaking, reflecting, and sharing their stories.

Memory Line is not simply a telephone hire service. We create beautifully styled audio guestbook experiences designed to preserve the voices, laughter and emotion of your celebration.
Alongside our restored vintage telephones, couples can choose from a collection of distinctive statement settings, including our bespoke sage and blush telephone chairs, modern black and timber stand, elegant white plinth installation and custom-built mini telephone box.
We take care of the experience from beginning to end, including delivery, setup, styling, guest prompts, collection and professional preparation of your recordings.
Our focus is not only on how your audio guestbook looks on the day, but on what it becomes afterwards: a meaningful voice keepsake filled with the people and moments you never want to forget.
We also offer bespoke artwork featuring a removable QR code linked to a selected audio highlight, transforming one special recording into a piece of art you can display and revisit for years to come.

An audio guestbook is a modern and meaningful alternative to a traditional written guestbook. Guests pick up a vintage-style telephone, listen to your greeting and leave a personal voice message after the tone.

Yes. Telephone choices depend on availability and the experience selected.
Our collection includes classic white, floral, sage green and black-and-copper telephone styles. We can recommend the option that works most beautifully with your selected setting.

Every booking includes clear instructions and thoughtful prompts to help guests get started.

Once one or two guests use the phone, others usually become excited to join in.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel, postpone or change your booking. We will always aim to approach the situation fairly and work with you where possible.
Any costs already incurred for personalised items, preparation, travel or external suppliers may not be refundable. Full cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided before your booking is confirmed.
Your professionally prepared/edited recordings will generally be delivered digitally through an online portal. within the timeframe stated in your selected experience.
Priority delivery may be included in selected packages or available as an upgrade.
You can choose an optional USB delivery or QR code artwork delivery on top of your inluded online portal.
