Hunter Wedding Hire has been servicing Newcastle and the Hunter Valley for over 4 years.

Whilst not as big as our competitors we offer a personalised service with Rob, the owner, personally setting up all ceremonies and receptions. We offer a range of packages to suit your needs or you can pick any individual items to create your own settings for your special day.

Another option is to just hire specific items and do it yourself. DIY is perfect if time or distance is an issue as we are very flexible with when items are picked up or returned.

All our hire items are listed on our website with prices and on occasion, we can get things in that are not listed.

We can also do custom signage for your wedding, personalized gifts, wedding ring engraving and much more in conjunction with Roccet Engraving. All enquiries are welcome and no obligation free quotes can be emailed to you!

About

Rob started Hunter Wedding Hire in 2013 after his wife Vicki, a leading Hunter Valley celebrant suggested it. It has always been important to offer a more personal service therefore Rob and on occasion his son Lachlan do all setups and hires. It has been a very enjoyable and rewarding experience over the years and Rob plans on continuing the same high level of care for many years.
