They problem-solved with me, tested options, and committed to getting it exactly right. That level of care and patience is rare, and it made the whole experience feel genuinely collaborative rather than transactional. We had 11 people across 4 different locations on the day and the Glamagency team made every single location feel their most beautiful and loved. Teresa even made the effort to come back and touch up my makeup after travelling around the whole city! And all of this came in $1,500 less than every other quote we received. For a team of this calibre, that is extraordinary value. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Karen and the Glamagency team. From the beginning, Karen was so easy to communicate with and made everything feel really stress-free. On the wedding day, the whole team was amazing, super friendly, organised and calm, which made such a difference in the morning. It just felt like everything flowed so nicely. One thing I absolutely loved (and had never experienced before) was the facial prep using FOREO products before the makeup. It was so relaxing and really made the whole experience feel extra special and luxurious , such a beautiful way to start the day. My hair and makeup turned out exactly how I wanted, soft, natural and still feeling like myself, I got so many compliments. My bridal party were also so happy with their looks. You can really tell Karen cares about her clients and has built a beautiful team around her. I’m so grateful I chose Glamagency and would definitely recommend them to any bride.
