I am after a make-up artist and hair stylist for my wedding in melbourne, 15/8/18?Christina J
I have 5 people in total who require hair and make-up at a location in the city. I want natural looking make-up from someone with experience, as none of the 5 people wear make-up often and I don't want it to look too heavy on the day/obvious. Are you able to recommend anyone in this category? Thanks
Myself and one of my team would be available to help you with this. I specialise in Natural Make Up and have a fantastic team, all of whom are very experienced and I have worked with for over 10 years. There are plenty of reviews on Easy Weddings and some of them mention our Natural Make Up as well. If you would like me to send more information please email me on email@example.com or contact me through my Easy Weddings profile. We would love to look after you and your bridal party.
I have really oily skin, how can I ensure I stay matte well after my make up is done?
Is there any magical setting spray I can buy and test in the lead up to the wedding?
Hi there. There are setting sprays on the market but I find that I don't need them with the makeup I use. It is a silicone based waterproof airbrush or traditional make up and can last up to 18 hours depending on your skin. There is also a water based one which tends to be even more matte but not waterproof, only water resistant and I like the other better. I use a matte primer and just a little HD powder for a quick touch up for any shiny areas if necessary is all that is usually required. I love the results and so do my brides.. If you would like more information please don't hesitate to contact me. :) Tanya
I've never gotten a spray tan before... should I try it a few times before the wedding?Ruby I
Or do you have any other ideas or suggestions?
Hi Ruby. Definitely agree with the other ladies. Trial for spray tan is very important and make sure you have the same professional to do your spray tan for your wedding. :)
I prefer my brides not to have their hair cut just before the wedding unless they want to lose some of the length. The products that we use smooth any split ends and it can give your style a more natural look with the end result. It's best to talk to your stylist and discuss what is best for the style you have chosen. I would recommend colouring between 10 and 4 days before the wedding. Best wishes for a lovely wedding day... :)
