Should I wash my hair on my wedding morning?

No, preferably wash and blowdry straight the night before. When hair is a little bit 'dirty' the style will generally hold much better than when it is freshly washed and silky.
Do the bridesmaids also do a hair and makeup trial?
Makeup by Miriam
Very rarely. Sometimes I do one for the maid of honour but if the bride is happy with her own trial, the chances are very high she will also be happy with the bridesmaids hair and makeup.

I feel it is. I need about two hours per person and slightly more for a bride. Things can get hectic and people are not always ready to start on time. I recommend hiring either one person for hair and one for makeup or 1 artist per 3 people. That way the bridal party does not need to start at some crazy hour in the morning.
