like i said in my other question, i dont know much about makeup so this might be a silly question. i have a few small tattoos id like to hide on my wedding day. will my makeup artist cover them for me? is this a usual bridal request? and should this be included in her price?

HI Kessia, I would suggest that you choose a makeup artist whose pictures you really like whether they be on their website, facebook or instagram. An experienced makeup artist will be able to create a look designed just for you by taking into account your facial features,skin colour, dress, flowers, etc. It should all be taken into consideration when you are choosing what makeup will suit you best.

There are so many different companies and people out there and I'm just finding it so difficult to choose. I dont know how much i should be spending and im no makeup expert so i dont know what I'm looking for. I dont know how to decide, what questions should i be asking? what should i be looking for? Also whats the difference between airbrush and traditional? Will airbrush be better if my wedding is in summer? Hellllpppppppp pleaseeeee

Hi Alexandra, it is very difficult to choose a hair and makeup artist as there are so many out there in the market place today. My best advice to you is to look at either their website or facebook page to see what their work is like. Then give them a call to chat about your wedding and discuss prices and what services they can offer you. With regards to the difference between traditional and airbrush makeup - the best way to describe it is traditional makeup is applied with a brush or sponge and airbrushing is applied with an airgun like a spray tan. Airbrush makeup is like a claytons makeup - the makeup you are wearing without wearing makeup. It is so light you can't feel it, but it covers like a dream. Ask your makeup artist for a sample of it at the trial.
