Hi there, to name a few different styles, currently posies are trendy in different sizes. Roses & Peonies are popular choice of flowers. Larger free fall posies take Natives, Greenery and a mixture of Roses. Traditional style generally wired and quite structured are not so trendy. These are more expensive because of all the work required. Lots of natural stems or bunches of flowers are popular in tones to suit the gowns worn. Hope this helps you.

There are plenty of different types of bouquets depending on what sort of visual style you want for your day, and your flowers/greenery can then come together to pull it all together. A traditional posy-style is going to be more floral based and tightly wrapped. We're seeing oversized bouquets which are quite loose and involve a lot of larger florals and greenery. There's also single stem bouquets, cascade bouquets, smaller loose bouquets and even hoop bouquets. Think of what look you want and chat to a florist about what the best florals will be to complement that design.
