Is it possible to get peonies any other time of year other than November?

Peonies are generally available in Spring (September, October, November). Imported Peonies are also sporadiically available in Winter, however they seem to be the pink or dark plum tones. Extremely rare to see any white. Even then they can't be guaranteed, and it's risky to assume that you will definitely get them if outside of Spring.

Yes, in May araound mothers day. They are imported so they have an import tax.
Yes, peonies are imported & available in the markets during February/ march and are very expensive
as importing flowers is now more accepted can be other times of the year but their l do not guarrantee their lasting qualities.
Some imports are available during mid april-may but they will be very expensive, roughly 3-4 times the price and the quality is not as good.

Yes definitively. Peonies are now available throughout the year, thanks to the availability of imported peonies.

Dear Bride,
If you would like peonies any other time that spring - September - November you would be paying more for the import costs and it cannot be guaranteed they can be sourced.
