Depends on the flowers that are used in the bouquets. Roses and native flowers will dry naturally with very little assitance needed.
It also will depend on the weather conditions and how badly damaged the blooms have become during the day.
If you do want to preserve the bouquet consult with your supplier.

Hi there, we have a lovely young lady that works at our shop who preserves and frames wedding flower bouquets. This is done professionally and the end result is remarkable.

If you check in google you may find companies who freeze dry fresh flowers & frame then the same as your bouquet, they are beautifully done but expensive
Your best option is have them professionally dryed. The flowers, condition and length of time in getting them to the professional will play a part
Depends on the flowers contained in the bouquet and the condition of them after the event Would be the best to enlist the service of a professional to freeze dry and preserve them for you

Dear Bride,
When you have a meeting with your selected florist let her know your intensions of having your bouquet preserved and I am sure she could help you with this. It is important to look after your flowers ie weather conditions and handling of bouquets. After the wedding perhaps the florist will take your bouquet to a specialist in the field of drying and framing for you so you don't have to worry. This will need to been done ASAP. Please also check on the cost as this may be a little expense you had not thought of.
Kind regards
Jan
