Hi!
Amaranthus is beautiful but unfortunately not always available, I like to substitute with others soft dangling foliages like trailing ivy or peppercorn

but as some of the others have stated you could try another flower like flowering gum.

we hope you can find something you are happy with!

Hi there, as we work with quality silk flowers & greenery, there are so many for you to choice from eg:  trailing flowers, flowering gum, natives, orchids, cottage flowers, wisteria to name a few. Hanging vine & ivy are very popular and trendy. Princess Eugenie had Ivy in her bouquet.  You are spoilt for choice anytime of the year with Dallmac Floral Design.

Amaranthus is quite unique & it can come in a few colours - you could also try or might like one of my personal favourites - the look of Mollacca Balm (also known as Bells of Ireland) Peppercorn foliage with peppercorns is also very effective.

Yes Singapore orchids (dendrobiums) are often used as spilling flower  they give a beautiful display,   Flowering gum when in season comes in white, Red, orange & pink , there is always greenery ie. at the  moment broom is in season. delphinium can be used in the same way  Thryptomine comes in pink or white. just to give you some idea  Dodda vine is green and is often used for that spilling effect.  if your wedding is on the Central Coast NSW or the Hunter vally I would love to chat with you with more ideas.
