Heart and Soul Flowers

From my initial enquiry Alicia has been nothing short of amazing and very professional! Every email or question was answered right away which made the whole experience so enjoyable without anything to worry about. She completely understood my vision for my wedding and the flowers she delivered were out of this world! We cannot recommend her enough! My Husband and I hired Alicia to do the flowers for our whole wedding. From the outset she has been fantastic, answering our many questions and creating amazing arrangements for our ceremony and reception, including bouquets, button holes and corsages. When we booked her services it was too far out to know exactly what flowers would be in season, so we trusted her to choose based on our conversations and she delivered 10/10. We couldn't be happier. They were amazing! My wife wanted a particular flower that was unfortunately not in season and on the day they surprised her, not sure how they go it but they just went above and beyond with everything.

Alicia brought a vision I didn't even know I had to life and her decorations of our venue made me gasp with shock when I saw it. My boquet was stunning and she did so with very little guidance beyond colour palette. Her eye and talent is amazing

Alicia was INCREDIBLE to work with. When searching for a florist it was hard to understand what we would need - many florists just ask for a budget or a list of what you want, neither of which I knew but Alicia had packages that gave me an idea of cost and what levels I could have, this was a massive help and she then worked with me to customize to my needs. She was so responsive and answered all my questions. The result was more than we could’ve dreamed, everything perfect and better than imagined. Alicia worked with local farms to source our flowers which meant a lot in a covid world. Absolutely highly recommend Heart and Soul Flowers!
