Our brand offers a modern approach to floral styling – think statement ceremony features, our signature abundant hand-tied bouquets, romantic reception details… we believe every couple and their wedding is unique which is why no two Bloom Boss weddings are ever the same!

The sole focus of Bloom Boss is to ensure beautiful and unique wedding florals for our couples and a personalised, stress-free experience in the planning and lead up to their day. We offer custom Design Concepts that reflect our signature style and current floral design trends and love nothing more than chatting wedding blooms!

Our extensive events industry experience lends itself to our business as we understand firsthand how important communication is, not only with our couples but with the multiple vendors involved in their day, to ensure a seamless event experience.

  • Fresh flowers. Unless you’ve ordered dried bloom arrangements, your wedding flowers will be fresh and smell incredible. Wedding blooms are picked at an opportune time, so they are at their most aesthetically pleasing and freshest on your wedding day.

We recommend that you contact us as soon as you have secured your venue! This is because we only take a limited number of wedding bookings each month to ensure we can focus all our energy on creating stunning blooms for your special day. Vendors can book out 12 months in advance so its best to secure your vendors as soon as possible. 

We arrange all types of wedding flowers including, but not limited to;

- Bouquets

- Buttonholes

- Ceremony

- Reception

- Installations

We believe that every wedding and couple is unique, so we dont have set packages. Instead, we start with a phone consultation to determine your floral requirements and then we provide you with a Design Concept and a quote. From there, we fine tune the details to come up with a floral menu that you love!

Once we have determined your design and quote, we require a deposit to secure your wedding date with us.

Aisling from the bloom boss was an absolute dream to work with, not just on the wedding day but leading up to it as well. She nailed my vision and brought it to life better than I ever could of imagined! Everything was absolutely perfect and I honestly couldn’t of asked for anything better! I had a quick sneak peek into the reception barn and was honestly speechless looking at what she was creating! The pricing is also so reasonable and worth it as you can definitely see where the money is going as she 110% goes above and beyond to make sure you love your flowers! So many of my guests raved about the flowers saying how well they complimented the reception barn which Aisling checked out beforehand to ensure all the colours chosen would work well with the space. recommend you hire the bloom boss a million times!

Aisling was an absolute delight to work with. She created the most stunning flowers for my wedding and turned my general (and sometimes indecisive!) ideas into a beautiful reality. The consultation process has been so smooth and effortless, Aisling designed the florals to match our pastel colour palates and flower preferences. How much is the average to spend on wedding florals?

Hi, we were hoping to have a 'budget' wedding but it is proving harder than we initially thought. We want to have a wow factor venue with floral and styling but not sure how much is needed to be spent to achieve a 'wow' vibe.

Hi there, it really does depend on how many flowers you want to be surrounded by on your big day! But as a guide, I find $3-4k is a great budget allowing for substantial blooms (personals, ceremony and reception guest tables) . My tip is to spend your money where it counts - beautiful bouquets, stunning ceremony arrangement and your guest tables. This is what your guests see and what is featured in your wedding photos :)
