The expected dress creation and delivery turnaround for our classic collection is 6 to 8 weeks, including delivery. For a completely custom bespoke piece, concept to creation can take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks or more depending on the details, so please order well in advance.

If a rush order is required, please add the RUSH MY ORDER item to your order and leave a note of the date required. However, please be aware a rush order still has a minimum turnaround of 3 weeks for our classic collection and 6 weeks for custom bespoke and does NOT include delivery as we are not responsible for shipping delays. Rush orders are limited each month to best provide for all customers. We will endeavour to meet this deadline, but please be aware that we are a small business and all items are made-to-order in-house by our Head Valkyrie, Anna.

All orders receive FREE Express shipping with Australia Post, and includes tracking and signature on delivery for secure parcel tracking and delivery.

Approximate delivery is 1 to 3 business days in most states of Australia from date of shipment. Please be aware that Valkyrie Bride is not responsible for shipping delays. We will happily follow up any concerns with late or missing parcels if your reach out to our Valkyries.

At this point we only ship within Australia. If you are outside of Australia, please reach out to our Valkyries to discuss shipping options and costs.

While we do not have Zippay currently, we do offer Afterpay.
If Afterpay is not suitable, we can create a payment plan for you. Please note that with custom payment plans the dress will not be started until the deposit plus 50% of total costs is paid, and will not be sent until full payment is made. Reach out to our Valkyries to discuss options.

No, we do not accept refunds or returns as each piece is custom made to order.
