Wedding dress shopping was super overwhelming for me but the team at Penrith were with you every step of the way to help guide your shopping journey. They took the time to go through every silhouette and neckline, and were also super conscious of my budget which was a great relief. No question or task was too much for this team.

Penrith Bridal are fantastic to deal with. All of the ladies there are just amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. from my mum to my ladies, and myself, we loved each appointment we had with them and they had the perfect dress for me.

Finally found my dress today at Penrith Bridal Centre! I would highly recommend them ❤️ From first contact to the end purchase they made things so easy and helped me find the perfect dress. I told Melinda (owner) what dresses I really liked from the designer they stocked. I had tried them on at another store but couldn't commit to one. She had them ordered in for my appointment so I could try them on again along with other dresses which I really appreciated. I was so glad she was so quick to respond and so kind. When I went into the appointment the shop had so many beautiful gowns I was so impressed, and my amazing stylist Angel was really knowledgeable and so supportive during the session. She had great advice, found a good selection of dresses for me to try which matched the style I wanted, and I felt comfortable during the try ons with her. I feel confident in her handling of my dress and measurements. Thankyou so much again, I'm so glad I made the drive out to Penrith it was so worthwhile.

The ladies that helped me find my beautiful dress and veil were just excellent. I walked in 54-year-old bride thinking I was too big and too old for a traditional wedding dress. I didn't want a train or a veil until I tried it on. WOW! Turns out I did want all those things. I looked and felt beautiful. There was no hard sell, I told them what was happening in my head. Then they changed my mind by just trying on the first dress. The first dress was not my dress, but I thought hey, look at me I am in a real wedding dress, and I like it! I even had a chance to meet the owner on my final fitting day, complimenting her sales team on the fantastic experience I had in her store.
